e-Luminate 2017 saw the return of a fun and unusual experiment which first took place back in 2015. This fun experiment was to prove when it comes to drinking wine, would changing the lighting conditions influence our perception of wine?

Guests had the pleasure of indulging in an evening of tasting a range of Greek wines, and sampling the delicious Greek food served by The Olive Grove on Regent Street, Cambridge where this intimate venue was perfect for the event.

Matthew Boucher from Thirsty Cambridge, The Wine Store on Chesterton Road, pride themselves on carefully choosing great wines for their customers, with a fun and funky vibe.

The remarkable lighting effects were achieved using products supplied by Pulsar Light of Cambridge, Pulsar were very pleased to be apart of this experiment which was part of eLuminate 2017.
